Rights
There are some important fundamental rights .Which are very important for any competitive exam . In every exam minimum one question asked from fundamental rights, duties and DPSP(Directive principal of State policy). Mainly in SSC based exams .
Fundamental rights in part 3 in our
constitution from Art. 12-35.
Indian constitution borrows fundamental rights from USA constitution.
1)Right to
property was omitted by the 44th amendment act, 1978 . By Janata
Govt. headed by Morarji Desai. Right to property has been labeled under 12th
part of constitution.
2) There are
four fundamental rights which are only for Indian citizens remaining
fundamental rights also for aliens or foreign citizens.

b) Equality
of Opportunity in public employment (Art. 16)
c) Freedom
of speech, assembly, association etc(art. 19)
d) Cultural
and educational rights of minorities(Art. 30)
