CURRENT AFFAIRS 1)The National Health Mission engaged with Five analytics firms as part of a pilot scheme to detect fraud in Pradhan Mantri jan Arogya Yojana(PMJA) . This five analytics team work on some important areas ie. a) unusual activity in hospitals, b)Any aberrant trends in pre-authorised surgeries. c)unusual numbers of claims from particular areas. Etc. Brief about PMJA(Pardhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana also known as Ayushman Bharat Yojana)   .This scheme started in September 2018 which cover approx 10 crore families with health cover of 5lakh each. 1) Under the ambit of Ayushman Bharat,  a  Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY)  to reduce the financial burden on poor and vulnerable groups arising out of catastrophic hospital episodes and ensure their access to quality health services was conceived.
