Fundamental rights for SSC CGL and other state exams.

Fundamental Rights     There are some important fundamental rights .Which are very important for any competitive exam . In every exam minimum one question asked from fundamental rights, duties and DPSP(Directive principal of State policy). Mainly in SSC based exams . Fundamental rights in part 3 in our constitution from Art. 12-35. Indian constitution borrows fundamental rights from USA constitution. 1)Right to property was omitted by the 44 th amendment act, 1978 . By Janata Govt. headed by Morarji Desai. Modern History notes 1) Kakori Conspiracy (or Kakori train robbery or Kakori Case) was a train robbery that took place between Kakori and, near Lucknow, on 9 August 1925 during the Indian Independence Movement against the British Indian Government.
